I went to a CoSN Teaming for Transformation workshop a couple of weeks ago in Mooresville, NC. The big takeaway for me from the workshop was the need for a clear shared vision. Top to bottom and bottom to top, everyone is clear on the vision of the school district.
Based on the poll results from the room the lack of a shared vision was the number one obstacle to "becoming a fully empowered 21st century classroom."
